Homvelle Return & Refund Policy

At Homvelle, we believe shopping for your home should be simple and worry-free. We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for a change of mind, subject to the conditions below and applicable consumer-protection laws.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts.

  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns due to hygiene, safety, personalization, or other applicable restrictions. Any exclusions will be disclosed where required and will not affect your legal rights.

2. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs or a video where helpful.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, missing parts, or a refund. We will explain the next steps and any return arrangements.

You will not be charged return costs for an issue that is our responsibility, subject to applicable law.

3. How to request a return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at homvelle@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request.”

  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

  3. Wait for our instructions and return authorization, where required.

  4. Package the item securely and follow the return instructions provided.

Please do not send items to an address until we have confirmed the correct return destination.

4. Return shipping costs

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a remedy at our expense, Homvelle will cover the applicable return shipping costs as required by law.

Original shipping fees, customs charges, and other fees will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the return and applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon or required by law.

Any deductions or exclusions will be communicated clearly and applied only where permitted by law.

6. Exchanges and replacements

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us so we can help arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy.

Exchanges for change-of-mind reasons depend on product availability and our approval. If an exchange is unavailable, we will explain the available options.

7. Cancellations and delivery issues

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop the order before it is processed or dispatched, but cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

If an order is delayed, lost, or not delivered as agreed, contact our support team. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Where applicable law provides greater protection, those legal rights will take precedence over this policy.
